Default Need new lease!

Just found out today we lost our duck lease for next year! Check didn't make it in time so they gave it away. Moving and rebuilding again. Anybody know of any marsh leases up? Pecan island, grande chenier on west preferably.

Good luck all money for Ver and Miami Corp bad to be in by the 1st of April. No exceptions were going to be made. And the waiting list for leases is probably several years long.

It was In Klondike where we lost it. But we were waiting on one of our partner's share. My buddy told em it would be a week before they got the check. The lady calls yesterday and says hey we got your check but Doug gave the lease way already. So now we're stuck going get the camper and digging up the blind this weekend.

The was alright but not for the $6500 it needed a lot of work to mange the water to really be a prime spot. But still we put a lot work into it last year. We would of forked up the rest but the lady acted like it was fine. Then called back once she got the check.

He had some other leases we are gonna look at. I'm Looking to move to the marsh. I'm gonna miss shoot specks but I grew up hunting at the marsh and the good thing about hunting the marsh is the fishing abd crabbing spots that come with it.
