Default Stryker VS Dolphin T Top??

Hi , I am new to this forum, I recently purchased a 2004 Nautic Star 2100 Fishing Boat 150 hp, I would like add a T Top, any recomendations? Can anybody tell me if it is better to have it attached to the floor or purchase a custom made that gets attached to the center console?
Thanks a lot!

Always go with a custom all welded T-Top. You can get one made for your boat for 2500

I had a top made by L&C Fabrication in Des Allemands, Extremely well built a very fair price.

Definitely attached to floor....and CC too. There is a bit of force on the top from wind resistance as well as the pitching motion of the boat. I had a 25ft Shamrock with a console mounted T-top (offshore boat) that worked the console loose on it's mounting. I had Sterling marine in New Iberia make one for a 24 Bluewave and it is first rate craftsmanship from the welds/gusseting/attachment to the canvas work. Go custom, it is worth the cost IMO.

Beach umbrella stuck into a rod holder, throw that sucker in the rod box when you don't need it so you can actually fish more than 1.5 people in the boat.

Custom retractable or convertible, so you can fish behind the Weirs. Don't wanna miss out on the best fishing in SWLA.
