Got suffix on my newest spinner and it has presented no problems at all. Very tough line and if you're like me...in the trees all the time...it proves how tough it really is! Lol

I have power pro and suffix on my reels. Between the two I like the suffix better, alot smoother line...also more expensive. I prefer 30lb test..does not dig into the spool like the 20lb or smaller.

I tryed that before, knot would get caught in the guides and lost alot of casting distance. Do you have the same problem?

I use 1ft of floro leader only on plugs, keeps line from getting in the split rings and hooks

I need someone to show me how to set that leader up! The braid does seem to hang up in hooks A LOT!

Just use a swivel and 10-16 inches of Fluro, I have been running like that for the past 4 seasons. Your braid will last for ever and it really limits line twists too. I have 2 seasons on a spool of suffix, its lost a bit of color but never broke on a fish. And I only use 10lb braid

U should not use fluro on tw plugs . Fluro sinks causing your lure to dive n sink ....maybe that's why we never see any you post any topwater reports =D
