Default Son Scores Bull Red on first kayak trip into Gulf

We finally made it to the beach in conditions calm enough for my son to take his kayak out into the Gulf of Mexico. Within 30 minutes he had hooked up with his first bull redfish and landed it 10 minutes later. It weighted 26 lbs. After landing it, my son came in for a break and let me take his kayak out for a half hour or so before he waved me in due to threatening rain. It's a very nice and comfortable kayak. (Ascend 128T)

Nice catch! Those ascends are awesome yaks for the price. I just purchased a ascend FS12t. I love the floor plan and its comfortable to be in all day.
