Default spinach artichoke flounder

almost! i didn't have any flounder, so i used trout filets. also had a brown rice bed instead of pasta, although i want to try it with angel hair pasta, sounds good. got the recipe from the CCA magazine, Tide. not difficult and can be done in about 1/2 hr.
