Default 3 salty cajuns headed north :)

Had the great pleasure of meeting Duckman and his son today and getting together to get after the white bass on the sabine north of logansport la.

We didn't quite get into them like i would have liked to, but with the good company (and bad jokes being told (on my part)) we still had a great day. We ended the day with around 25 fish or so, consisting mostly of yellow bass with 5-6 nice white bass thrown in.

I think father winter threw the white bass for a loop just like he did everyone else. According to the locals up there hopefully with a week or so of nice decent weather the bite will be back in full swing.

Duckman and Caleb! pleasure meeting you guys today, i had a blast with ya'll. By the way, Caleb is one seriously sharp young man, I wish i would have been half as respectful and mature as he was at his age. Sky's the limit with him.

Hope you guys enjoyed hanging out with a half crazy half northerner who wears shorts and crocs in winter. :P

Hey buddy thanks for the invite. We both had a blast fishing with you. It was a great day on the water in some beautiful country. I wonder how many of our SC brothers would belive us if we told them the size bait we used to catch the last 5 or 6 fish? Lmao
Ole Caleb boy sure does make me proud. He's all a dad could hope for in a 15 year old son. Thanks. He comes up with the damndest things to make you laugh. He's a great young man and he really had fun yesterday.
Many thanks my brother. John
