Shrimp Boulettes!!!!
First up half of a medium onion, one small potato peeled, and 3 pieces of green onion. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1352503865.618351.jpg Put that into the food processor ImageUploadedByTapatalk1352503903.078839.jpg and grind it down till its the consistency of grits ImageUploadedByTapatalk1352503975.618969.jpg Add 1 pound, maybe I had just a little more of peeled shrimp dried with some paper towels and grind it with the vegetables ImageUploadedByTapatalk1352504044.869924.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1352504087.695529.jpg Should look like this .... Season it with salt pepper or Cajun seasoning and firm them into patties and fry them for about 4 minutes each. I'll take some more pics in a little while when I give them a hot grease bath
