Default Shrimp Boulettes!!!!

Bout to whip up a batch of shrimp Boulettes.

First up half of a medium onion, one small potato peeled, and 3 pieces of green onion.

Put that into the food processor

and grind it down till its the consistency of grits

Add 1 pound, maybe I had just a little more of peeled shrimp dried with some paper towels and grind it with the vegetables

Should look like this .... Season it with salt pepper or Cajun seasoning and firm them into patties and fry them for about 4 minutes each. I'll take some more pics in a little while when I give them a hot grease bath

I can't wait to eat them..... I thought I had some rice cooked but I don't. So after my rice is finished cooking I'll fry them up so they nice and hot when I eat them with some white beans.
