Default Toledo Bend 2/17-2/18/2017

Fished the evening on Friday with a buddy. Caught 4 (kept two of the smaller-but-legal) before dark.
Mid-lake, water temp 59* in back of cove.
Caught 6 Saturday morning (kept two smaller fish) on Plum Apple and California 420 Trick Worms.
Cleaned the four fish and immediately sent them to Lake Crisco. Never-frozen is always nice.
We were fishing 2-6 feet deep trying to follow a submerged creek.

Nice catch! The water looks a little stained. Was it like that all around?

Yessir, at least in the area we fished. It had a greenish tint but not dirty by any means.
