Default Where to go this week?

New to site. Also new to the Big Lake area. Have fished Big Lake twice during the last 3 weeks. These were my first two trips to Big Lake and I am enjoying the hell out of it. Wanted to fish this week sometime in the a.m. Still checking out weather, winds, etc..., but was looking to maybe fish a new area accessible to kayak. Was thinking about Prien or Hebert's. Don't know much about either. Wanted something pretty quick and easy. Any thoughts on either of these places for someone new to kayak fishing.

Default quick and easy

Prien is quick and easy and a good option now. you can launch at the yak launch under 210. The ship channel/bridge and island is less than 1 mile paddle. PPG turnaround is across the channel. You can also head further up the channel towards casino/contraband bayou

Pm Jedi lure trick. He loves to yak and has been all over this estuary. He is a great guy and full of info. Or you can go see him at the tackle box in sulphur.
