Default Best fishing shirt?

seeking y'alls thoughts about what, in your experience, is the best performance fishing shirt - UV protection, moisture wicking, ... and most importantly, is a light and cool shirt to wear. I've tried several brands, Columbia, UA, Bimini Bay, to name a few and am not too impressed. There are so many differnet brands out there one could go broke buying-to-try them all. Maybe there's not such thing, ... but it's worth asking the question?

I have a couple of Columbia shirts and in the extra hot days that we have been having I find they don't work as good. I have some Nike shirts that I wear when running and they have always worked so I started to use those out fishing and they work better than any performance shirt I have ever bought. The Nike shirt is called dri fit.

I like my denali performance shirts. I have a n SC one in blue and a white marshworks one. I like em both but I stay cooler in the white one for obvious reasons. I also like columbia shirts. The $50-60 ones keep you alot cooler than the $30 ones

You should maybe try Simms fishing shirts. They are very light but, kinda pricey. I personally believe they are too expensive for my budget, but I find em on Ebay for almost 1/2 the retail price. Well worth it.

Faded cotton khaki or grey t-shirts... Best when they are a size or two larger than what you normally wear...

Save the fancy fishin' shirts for weigh-ins', BBQ's and picnics...
