Florida State Snapper Season Officially 52 Days!

The state's snapper season was just voted on and all 7 commissioners voted for the 52 day non-compliant state season.

We got it! 52 days of red snapper season in Florida state waters from May 24 to July 14. They will also look at lengthening or offering another season later this year. My small boats will book up fast considering all of the federally permitted charter boats will only get to fish a few days during the beginning of June.
