Default Prime Cuttery? New restaurant near Cormies?

Saw a sign go up for "Prime Cuttery" at the new little shopping center next to Cormies in Lake Charles. Anyone heard if this is supposed to be a restaurant or just a retail store of some sorts.

Bahahaha True.

I'd be cool if it makes it though. I always try to buy from the local guy when I can.

Look what I found

Of course, I am assuming it will be similar to the below link. You can tell the difference in the quality of meat.

It opened up Friday and went by to check it out. Specialty meats place. Had the usual stuffed meats and they had samples out. Tried the boudin balls with peperjack cheese and were pretty dang good. Got them to make me some stuffed burgers cause i was to lazy to do it myself. Also tried their sausage and was pretty good. Had some good looking Tuna steaks in the case. Talked to the owner about the Tuna steaks and he said they US products. Gonna have to try them out later. Was pleased with the service and they were willing to work with me on what i wanted.
