Poor thing must've been hungry. Little courtboullion wrapped in a tortilla is probably pretty good.

Use to happen all the time at my house.
A guy ran a car into a house down the street after buying drugs from a neighbor who was described as a user not a dealer.
Guy jumps my locked fence and is found sitting 5 ft from my rear door out of it.
Baton Rouge kiddy police show up and first officer was scared to get him up while I was talking to the guy the whole time. Officer had to call backup.
They asked the guy questions and let him go.

Fixed that problem I put razors which I slowly sank in the top of my fence boards.
Installed them inside my hurricane fence so they would be 100% on my property and someone would have to cross two fences to get in my yard.
Put up no tresspassing sign all 4 sides and I bought a video camera system.
Same thing happens a few weeks later and the same guy tried to jump over my locked fence.
I heard a loud noise and followed the blood trail to my rear fence and another noise like someone was in pain.
Baton Rouge Rocket science police finally tracked the guy down by following blood trail. They might have had to call the whole force to follow someones blood trail.
Same thing nothing happened but the guy tried to sue me.
I went to the sheriffs office after pushing the BRPD to file tresspassing charges.
BRPD told me they do not cite people from tresspassing.
Took the BRPD police report, took pictures of the fences inside my yard behind a hurricane fence, and my no tresspassing signs posted.
Even went back and showed dated pictures when I installed my no tresspassing signs.
After that his lawyer dropped the case.

Guy had stiches in every hand and has not been back since problem solved.

Sad but criminals have more rights than citizens

Sad to say but I think this will only be an increasing occurance with all the incoming work to the Lake Area. Looks like he was caught red-handed with his hand in the cookie jar. Looks like a roofer, gardener, or some other fence hopper.

Stick around for Friday night, Saturday night or Sunday night fights.
Alot of cops and nothing happens.
All drug related and its same people.
It is all over, but worse in Baton Rouge due to we don't have a real police force from Baton Rouge they are outsiders along with democrats that hang here.
BRPD police union worse trash than the democrats and need to be put on trial for failure to do their jobs.
Most the cops are scared to come here due to they don't live here.

Aggravating most of the people that cause the crimes do not live in my neighborhood.
They come from outside areas and think they can hide here due to its the inner city.

Heck when they rob your nice vehicles I bet they show up here.
They had a pretty new Toyota sport untility with teenagers driving it.
The alarm went off for three hours. I called the BRPD they show up 5 hours later and they cannot trace the vehicle due to no plate. Sheriff comes the next day and finds the vehicle it is stolen from a car dealer. Democrats were from New Orleans and they just hang with a friend over here.

Same thing the theifs get up 4am to 5am and leave to start scoping neighborhoods.
You know they scored they will be back with big screen TV's, truck rims, etc.

Funny thing I looked at active warrants for EBRP sheriff's office and 2 live next door.
Not hard to find just show up at 4am, 11am when get up from nap, or 5pm when they get up from the next nap smoking dope on the porch.

I actually welcome the mexicans due to they leave us alone.
They only rob each other they don't want to mess with white or black people.
Typically most hang in their own groups, play soccer on weekends, and work during week.

As far as people jumping the fence I use to have that problem until I put the razor blades on all the backyard fences on the properties I own.
If you give a thug a taste of their medicinie they will leave and go to an area of least resistance.

As long as we have a mayor and police union thugs running this town our crime rate will be high.
