Default Decent Hunt

Took my 5 year old on his sixth hunt this season. We have been practicing with gun safety and proper handling. After a successful day I allowed him to take a few shots with the 410 between flocks.

Decent hunt this morning 9 ducks and a bonus goose.

Great job on getting your son hooked on hunting!!! The picture with him holding the shell is one for your desk, your truck, and your wall. That is what it's all about.

Thanks for being a good dad and keeping our sport alive at the same time.

X2. That smile says it all man. I can't wait until mine is old enough to tote around in the marsh.

There's no doubt now that we can add Hunting to the list of things he enjoys. Fishing is his first love and the way our season as been going it was getting rougher and rougher to get him to go. ts tough to convince him to wake up and go when we were averaging less than 1/2 a bird a hunt.
This past week it has picked up and we've enjoyed the quality time spent.

Thanks everyone for your comments..next year we start with the 3 yr old..GOD HELP ME!
