Default Things to do with your butte

When Rouses runs their Boston Butte pork roast on sale we always get a couple packs they will cut em up for ya any way ya ask for free so we take advantage of it. We had a pack cut up into steaks and have been really enjoying them. Here is supper and breakfast for the both of us for like $3

If ya ever have them sliced like say a pork chop and cooked ya will neva look at a pork chop the same again. The pork steaks from the butt roast are far better I feel.

Default Sliced

I would rather have a pork butt sliced thin, half inch, and grilled or fried, than any pork chop in the world
