Default Why NOT to try and fish on Sunday afternoon...

Yea, yea... I know better, but wanted to give it one more shot before the weekend was over...

Launched out of White Oak, all went well... Fished from Serpent going North, couple of pickles... Ran down to Goss Bay, flipped and pitched to no avail...

Headed back to the landing and what a rodeo !!!

Fish cops writing tickets to some cat in a bay boat with 15 passengers on board... Super-Stud "manly-man" in his mid life crisis squirt boat, big skull painted on the front of it, maybe to go faster ??? Drunk rednecks, sunburned biker babes (kinda' liked them ), and one poor guy trying to load his 28' Mali-Bote Parta' Barge with 12 people still on board ...

Saw two wrecks on the way home, one on 10 and another on the loop...

Needless to say, I will stick with my morning trips for the rest of the summer...

My niece decide it would be a good idea to get married on the dock at white oak on a saturday afternoon. LOL what a rodeo. Fish cops filling the paddy wagon with drunks. People tying der boats to the dock while they sayin their I dos. Folks, backing so far in they drop der wheels off the ramp. I missed the wedding because I was too busy watching the boat launch rodeo.

Well it wasn't the smartest decision to hold a wedding on the dock there.
