Default Goals for 2010

I have kicked all my nasty habits except for cigs, good fattening food, and wild cajun women.

So I would like to quit smoking and starting eating healthier.

I put on my comp tac iwb holster tonight and realized I got two options, bigger jeans, or starting running again.

Those are definitely two that you want to do together. From what I hear a person normally gains weight when they quit smoking. Keep us and yourself updated on your progress. If or when you do achieve your goals it would be neat to look back and see how your did it.

I am trying to fit into my old jeans instead of buying new ones.
It seems that all my weight is moving to my belt line.
And it is cheaper to lose the weight than to buy all new clothes.

My goal is to drop from 225 down to about 180 over time. I have 2 pairs of jeans in the closet that I haven't been able to wear in about a year but I plan on wearing them to go eat for my birthday in May.

Getting ready to start the diet again. Fell off the wagon bad during the holidays but it is time to regain control. My goal is to finish what I start this time around and get back to wearing the many clothes that are in my closet I haven't fit into for years.
