Its hard to beat the dependability of a Ruger 10/22. They have plenty of accessories if you want to build it a certain way. I have one thats been in my truck for 5 yrs. Use it for squirrel hunting and shooting anything else. Great gun.

Ruger 10/22 very dependable,been around a while. You can customize them any way you like.

i know you said semi auto but the marlin 39a lever action is the best 22 out there. most accurate 22 out of the box. i got mine when i was 14 and it still is a tack driver.

I like the remington .22 pump aswell (don't think they sell em anymore)

I don't like the rotary clips on the 10/22, i have had one for years

I also have a browning semi auto 22 that breaks in half, like it better!

or better yet, the good ol nylon 66 in apache black!

just got one of the little henry lever actions, shoots shorts, thats important ifn you want to get rid of some pets, i mean pests in the neighborhood. its real quite with shorts. can nock off a tomcat at 20 yards with shorts, so i been told....

got an old Remmy 121 fieldmaster pump that ive worn out with shorts, lots of cats in my neighborhood.......SK
