Default Garmin GPSmap 162 ??

The hot and negative hook up and the unit works. Can anyone tell me what these other wires are for?

Does that mean that it would double as a depth finder too? It has an internal GPS antenna.

Here is the site to download the manual...looks like appendix G is the wiring diagram

I can't down load a pdf file on my cheapass computer....could someone tell me what it says?

So that tells me that they are for a VHF radio and an auto pilot......not a fish finder...Right? I guess that I'll just tape them up.
