BigGrin The Rock

Well with the warmer weather. Gased up the little boat and off to the Rock..

Launch at the east locks and off I went... Way to windy to fish, so plan B.
Cut up some chick qtrs. Used some hand lines and one big crab net.

Well 3 hrs later. 90 qt ice chest almost full. Some of the biggest crabs I've EVER Caught. About 7 close to 19" claw to claw. About 2 doz males from 14-17" claw to claw.

Headed to Houston in the morning to see my girlfriend who is just getting in from Cabo..

We'll be boiling up some nice full jumbo's with all the fixing tomorrow night.. Smoke sausage, onions, taters, corn, and mushroom's.

Tuesday night be cooking some flounder and trout with a nice light salad.

Man only in LA can U do this in Feb/Mar.
