Do ya'll call tuners bay the area from the ship channel to and around the little islands or from the channel to the east bank around to texaco cut & back ?

Texaco cut in the West Bank. To me from the channel the east back by last few camps and red tower turners.

Paul, that is what most people consider Turners. Some "stop" at the wells.
