Default Need advice on tree problem!

I've Been having this tree planted since I moved in 2yrs ago and has been doing well. Just recently about 3 weeks ago I noticed about half of the leaves turning yellow(all from one branch). Now they have died and it seems other leaves are turning yellow. uploadfromtaptalk1463953306226.jpguploadfromtaptalk1463953331419.jpg

Had a satsuma do the same thing. 1/2 " cut in the lower trunk w/ a weedeater was the culprit. so many things it could be . pull a few leaves in different stages of decline and take them to LSU or ULL coop and ask them.

Has there been any weed killer sprayed next to the house in that area?
