Went to Arts and Crab Fest. last night at the LC Civic Center.
They had different cooks from different places like LC CC, Cajun Cafe, Sha Sha's, Big Daddy's... ect. Each dish came with a different kind of Abita beer. I had a good time.
I didn't see any art, but I did taste some crab dishes and a lot of Abita.

Had Crab Cakes, Crab stuffed Jalepano's, Crab Ettoufee, Crab stuffed Mushrooms, Crab Bisque and about 10 or 12 different Abita beers.
I didn't care for some of the Crab dishes. Like cold Crab soup, Crab and Avacado Salad... I just like the good stuff, not the healthy stuff.
The stuffed Jalepano's were the best. Everyone cooked at their places of business and brought the dishes to the Civic Center.
Except for the Sha Sha's, they cooked the Jalepano's right there on the balcony.
