my first time fishing lacassine was Friday 3/17. didn't realize the grass was that bad, I found 1 little spot that had scattered grass. I caught 4 and lost 3 others. the biggest was 5 lbs. 3/20 fished the same little area and had my limit by 1030 with another one that was 5 lbs. I caught 15 total. 3/22 I took my wifes cousin who had never caught a bass and we caught probably 20 fish all small except I had one that weighed 4.4 lbs, we kept 9 that trip. im gonna have to get used to fishing that thick grass, we both lost several keeper fish.
