Default Grilled trout tacos

Fresh trout fillets grilled and then used to make fish tacos. Nothing better.

It is fat free sour cream but there is also Chipolte salsa along with a relish that I make with green, red, yellow bell peppers and purple onion tossed with lime juice and olive oil. Usually have broccoli slaw in there but store was out so used angel hair cole slaw for the crunch. Good stuff.
