Default Curado e7 sticking

My 200e7 is making alot of noise and occasionally will act like something is hung up and won't turn. Some wiggling and it will free up. Anyone know what I can do to fix this myself?

Search You Tube for "cleaning a curado" and it will pull up some good videos on how to disassemble and clean your reel. Even if you don't completely disassemble your reel you can partially take it down for cleaning more often. The tackle box can sell you new bearings if you need them. They are pretty simple once you have done it a couple of times. Routine cleaning will postpone having to replace the expensive parts for a while.

Here are two videos:

There are 6 videos in this series showing you how to work on them.
