Default 40hp in Big Burns

I saw a new Tohatsu 40hp at the boat launch for the Big Burns which I think is also the Miami Corp. It was one day last week. The last I had heard it was still only 25s allowed in it. If they did raise the max hp to 40. I'd love to fish it.

Still restricted to 25 hp only but know several guys that go in there with 40's due to very little policing. I know years ago Charlie Pettifier used to check permits and stuff but have heard little about the policing of the area since he has passed....

About the only ones doing any king of policing are the guys with trappers permits. Most of those run the east side.
