Default Cocodrie

Heading out to Cocodrie for the weekend. 1st time going there. Staying close to the Sevin Canal. Anybody been fishing in the marsh around there?

Fish whiskey pass or the sandbar by calliou boca. Did pretty good last weekend.

You might wanna stay in the marsh. You should be able to catch some trout and reds around the seven canal. There is alot of marsh to fish around that canal

weekend forcast looks good. 5-10 all weekend. We fished mostly by last island and the passes. Your biggest issue this weekend is very little tide. You should be fine in that boat as long as the wind forecast stays the same.
I fish in an 18ft cretchfield so I dont mess around when there is wind.
Lots of good marsh but that can be a little tough to figure out where to go in the marsh if you dont fish there mush. Lots of reefs and shallow water too so be careful.

i will take my time to hit some of those reefs.. they should hold reds. thanks for the info
