Good action this morning for big Josh L and I on the lake....We fished huge slicks popping one left and right....Just about everyone produced a 3-5lb trout!!! Had few good blow ups on topwater but that sand eel jr is what took em in!!!!

We keep about 18trout....

Beautiful fish, really like that 2nd pic. That is the calmest I have seen the lake in a LOOONNNG time.

Lake was like GLASS until one hour ago!!!! Water was Awesome!!!! Tides are still kind of crazy but good things to come

We hit turners yesterday evening about 7pm, 2-3ft rollers coming through there. Back at Cal Point talked to some guys in a 22ft Triton that were soaked like some croakers from their ride back from the weirs.
We also found some bait schools on the south side of the bay, 10ft wide 50 ft long, nothing hitting them but the pelicans...must've been the same ones you and fool wore out your bombers on.
