Hammered the reds in grand lake

Decided at 9am to make a trip to grand lake got to my bank I fish and was slow .first fish was a 15lb blue cat caught on a swim bait and spin cast talk about fun.once low tide started almost every cast me and my boy had to take turns with net.all were solid fish between 20 to 25 inch reds keep our ten and played catch and release on about another twenty.reds was wanting my homemade spinner bait in lsu and glow swim baits.got enough meat haul gonna try the white perch on the mermentu rive tommorow but using party barge with top no more sun this week.i will also say where I caught them all on west bank to left of locks only the bank with dead trees.good luck
