Default Temple Fork Outfitters rods

Is anyone using the TFO rods that are using the Gary Loomis blanks? I've been thinking about picking up one mainly because of their $99 price tag and was curios if they are good rods. Thanks for any info.

I tried one out for a week. It was pretty good for the price.

g.loomis isn't owned by gary loomis anymore, TFO had Gary Loomis design a rod, so its a TFO gary loomis rod! I think there ugly, but I've heard good things about them!

Garys blanks are north fork composites. His name is just on this rod. His blanks are used by kistler in their zbone series.

I am not a big fan of the split grips. Feels funny to me.
Maybe one of these days I can get used to them.
