ALOT ! the lil place by my house is selling 5lb-$24 3lb-$16 but i didnt care i wanted some !

I want some BAD... Thats $40 for me to get close to full I might try to get 3 or 5 by my house and some oysters too... or somethin a little cheaper to fill me up

it won't be too long and the price will drop to a more reasonable price. the good thing is Easter is early this year so we will have a few good months after Easter where the price will be good.

In the early 90's we used to go to Ginos in Houma on Tuesday or Thursday night, the oyster special was 10 cents a piece. I can remember my brother eating 4 dozen and a seafood muffaloto with 2 pitchers of beer, he was only maybe 145 pounds.

Buddy of mine went caught some last week sold them live just under 3 bucks a pound, maybe 2.75?

best i've had was an outfit out of kaplan possibly gueydan, big boilin trailer.

I can eat 6 dozen fairly easy. have eaten 10 dozen but the salt started making me sick.
Going to eat some tonight. Dons seafood (airline hwy B.R. )19cents each after 4 pm.
