thats my padnahs old house. I lived on live oak and he grew up in that house. We would ice skate on the deck when it would freeze over. spent a lot of my younger years there.

Just tell the wife to know her place and that if she comes out that kitchen again, it's another beating! Lol! Wouldn't try to tell mine that but, you try it first and let me know how it goes! Hahahahaha

Dink, an aluminum patio cover will run you between $7-$8 a square foot ( example: a 10' x 30' = 300 sq.ft. $2100-2400) These prices are for a 'reputable' comp. that carries Gen. Liability and Workers Compensation. We have a high end insulated patio that is made of 3" styrofoam clad with aluminum top and bottom. They are walkable, and have wiring corridor for hanging lights or ceiling fans. They run $10-$12/sq.ft. Hope this gets you in the ballpark as far as priceing. I do patios/screen rooms, vinyl siding and continous gutters.(I'm getting a cheap 'plug')
