not personally but I have known a few guys that did in the past, they said they were great for cold, rain and would last forever but they were like sweat boxes in warm weather

I hunted in a 6x4 Dillon. Like a hotel room. Very comfortable.

I have 2 square D's on 10 foot towers, and the above is way true. But I would rather sweat alittle then freeze,my ........ off

Mine came with it and a selfe above the Windows. But don't see why you couldn't, just use over size washers or a plate on the back side.
