that's true but where he got into trouble was it was kinda obvious who he was talking about and people knew who he meant but he made the big mistake of coming out and saying it was ventura in one of his intervues and THATS why POS had a case to take him to court.

the way it has been reported was that the estate of kyle and the publishers were the defendants in the case and the award was for the profits made from the slander which IS the widows money so someone is mixing up the details being reported (often depending on which side they favored)
as for giving it to charity, knowing POS he will keep it but if he gives it to anyone it will be the 9-11 truthers or media matters
