They have a very good reputation. Some complain that the eye relief is a little short. You might also take a look at the Redfield Revolution. They are made by Leupold now and are the best deal on the market. I looked at the Redfield based on some really strong feedback on the 24hourcampfire.com and compared them to the 3200 Elite. There really was no comparison as the Redfield was much brighter. I bought two Redfields and when they arrived I compared them to my Leupold Vari-x II and the Redfields were brighter.....and that is saying something as I have hunted with the same Leupold for 25 years and have always admired its brightness and light gathering ability.

I've had a 3200 on my .270 for over 12 seasons. Great scope, no problems.

I've had a 3200 for about 5 years and really like it. Nice scope, good
light and the rain guard on the lens is awesome.
