Hi Everyone,

Jonathan's memorial service will be on Monday, May 11th at 10:30AM, at Second Baptist Church - North Campus (Kingwood). There will be a reception to follow with food provided. The service is open to everyone, and we hope to have all of you in attendance that have been inspired by Jonathan's life.

Directions to Second Baptist - North Campus can be found at this link:

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Children's Brain Tumor Research Foundation, the non-profit organization that Katie and I created to provide knowledge to parents and doctors regarding this rare, aggressive type of tumor. Flowers only last a few days, but information saves lives. To find out more about our organization, and to view the forum we use to spread knowledge, you can visit our website at:

To make a donation via bank draft (EFT) or credit card, you may do so via PayPal here:

You do not need a PayPal account to use the link above. When routed to the PayPal login page, you can just click "Continue" on the left side above the Mastercard/Visa logos (where it says "Don't have a PayPal Account?") if you don't wish to create an account.

Thank you all for the support you have given our family over the last 13 months. It has meant the world to Katie and I. We look forward to seeing those of you that can make the memorial service on Monday to celebrate Jonathan's life.

Jeff, Katie, Paige, and Jonathan Shaddix
