It is the bestest marinade/injector/basting sauce in the world.
It is a lil spicy and very tasty.
The guy who makes it was from Hackberry.
We usta hafta go to his house to get it, in quart Mason jars.
After Rita I found some at Market Basket and Browns Gro.
The label said it was made in Sulphur, then it changed to Oberlin.
Market Basket quit selling it, so now I gotta go all the way to Browns
in Grand Lake to get it. It comes in small bottles and quart jars.
I get 4 quart jars at a time and use most of it on the 2 weeks I am
off work.
Try it out. Great stuff.
I have been marinating and basting steaks and chicken with it for
around 15 years.

There is one called Pit Boss too. Made over here, but sold at Academy.
It is not as spicy, and a lil sweeter. But can't inject with it as much cause it has chunks of onion that get stuck in the injector needle. But it is still good.
Pit Boss has a good dipping sauce too. They call it bbq sauce, but it is a better dipping sauce.

I think it is available at Hackberry Rod and Gun, check their website or give them a call, if available, they could probably ship it to you?

Worth a shot?

They might sell it in stores there or around there.

He started in Hackberry and sold it at Market Baskets in Lake Charles
and Browns stores in Hackberry and Big Lake.
For some reason, Market Basket quit selling it.

It's real good for basting shrimp or fish on the grill too.
