Caught this bass at a friends pond on a cheap storm minnow swim bait. Took me a few minutes to get her in with 10 lbs of grass. Reeled her in with a refurbished curado from eBay and weighed her on a refurbished berkley digital scale also from ebayhttp://tapatalk.com/mu/cdf25f87-ed3c-83ca.jpg
. 7.62 lbs 23 and 1/4" long. Felt like she was full of eggs

no, just helps you from falling in the water trying to land the bass with a big head....***** :*****:

funny that u asked..... i threw out to the other side of the pond and brought it back. I was getting attached by ants, and i reached down to swipe them off my feet and I decided to work it like a worm off the bottom. I pulled up and it was real heavy, like i snagged the bottom. I "set the hook" and it started stripping drag instantly. Took me roughly 5-8 minutes to get her in using 6lb test wal-mart cheap line. I didnt wanna snap it.
