Hello all, after seeing the interest here for the Wounded Warriors Project, I wanted to get the word out about Heroes on the Water. My name is Brian Conner, a veteran and Assistant Coordinator for the Louisiana Chapter of Heroes on the Water. What we do is take disabled veterans, firefighters, and police officers out on the water for a relaxing day of kayak fishing. The Chapter is relatively new compared to the rest of the states that are in this nationwide program, and we need disabled vets!
