I Phone 4s Network Help

When I try and go to the internet, it says that im not connected to the internet, but the 4G or 3G symbol is up on top. I went to the settings, and everything looks good. Am I missing something?

Press and hold the circle home button on the bottom front of the phone and the sleep button on the top of the phone simultaneously and hold them until an apple appears. It's called a hard reset. You won't lose anything, it just resets all of your apps and always seems to work for my web browser too. Hope this helps.
