Don't want to derail the other thread so I started one.
What is the deal with having the lightest rod and reel out there? Not hating/complaining that is why I sale some of my customs. More of a curiosity.
I get W's comment and I agree. Is there other reasons???

You wouldn't see a marathon runner running with steel toe boots, lol. It has everything to do with what W said. Once I started fishing with a Curado 50e, I didn't want to touch the 200e. Your truck gets better gas mileage when driving to the launch with lighter rod and reels too, lol.

I'm reely trying to tone my arms up. Light weight high reps...
