Is there any truth to the rumor about 2 boats crashing in Lacassine already? Both supposedly had 40 hp. Just heard it this morning and trying to verify. If it's true; you can bet they will ban the 40's again.

I know one things for sure. You better have your head on a swivel even when running the 25's out there. I can about imagine how bad it would be with the 40's.

I have a friend of mine that rides ATV's all over the United States...I specifically remember him saying that Oklahoma and California required them because of the huge sand dunes but he also said most every state they went and rode required them....

He said they really help you...I know I'm comparing atv's to boats but it's the same concept...

They were hard core riders, I used to laugh at him all the time because he carried spare flags and rods because someone was guaranteed to crash big time and break their flag....:)
