I hate sounding like a @## about it, but several people tried pming us, saying its not fair, blah blah blah. It is fair, a kayak is a form of boat, i can't help its not big enough to fit 3 people.

Hope yall see where we are going with this.

Thanks

How much does it cost to fish off the bank.....:smokin:

ShadMan 12-14-2009 08:36 PM

It's free, but if you wanna enter the tourney it's $30. :)

IMHO.....I don't think asking one person in a Kayak to compete against 3 [or 4] people in a boat is fair. Also asking them to pay the same amout as 3 or 4 people in a boat is not right.

Suggestion......either lower the fee for one person to fish in a Kayak or make it a 2 or 3 Kayak Team fee.

FYI....I don't have a Kayak and plan to fish in a boat.

how about two tournaments rolled into one so its a win-win thing for the benifit........i may be going to tournament.....i been working on a freind that knows the big lake well.......man i got hooked on it when he took me way back in some of those marshes

So far we have about 65 members signed up. That's less than 10% of all registered SaltyCajun's!! Still need 35 people to sign up in order for us to draw 3 lucky winners for a custom BillyStix rod at a steal of a price.

I didn't see my name on the list, but I'll plan on being in. Would need a spot on a boat or can bring mine, but do not know big lake.
Thanks

count me in. Will pay fee even if I can't fish.

Are guides allowed? Any rules on life jackets or kill switches?

jchief 12-20-2009 09:12 PM

Are waders required to fish in the same area or can one be dropped off at one spot another a mile away?

from what i can make from your state ment (:*****:)

Your asking why can we do this? what can we do that aint listed in the rules.??

Shawn Braquet 12-20-2009 11:27 PM

i think what he's getting at is if it's not posted than its legal, basiclly saying that if there is something specific that you don't want people to do than it needs to be spelled out in the rules otherwise it's fair game.

Big Flounder 12-20-2009 11:32 PM

all you got to do is the day before the tourny print out the final rules and bring them with you and before you light that stick of dynomite or what ever you have a question about take a look at the rules and if it does not mention dynomite or whatever it is then get r done!!!! :*****:

yak'em-n-stack'em 12-20-2009 11:52 PM

add me to the list
