I got mine at 9 weeks ..... he pissed in the house twice because i wouldn't wake up ...... as far as the chewing get ready b/c thats what they do .... mine is about to be 1 1/2 and he still chews when he's bored. |

My dog (the dad) is a very good hunting dog. I had him brin birds back at 4 months.

I don't think a male lab will ever stop chewing, ever. Got a 2 year old male who still does it. Getting a female in March from a jam up litter. |

I got a 110 lb male yellow that my 1.5 yr old son loves to harass! They are good dogs.....

Mine is just too crazy to let in the house. She would destroy the furniture not from chewing but from jumping everywhere.

Just had him retrieving a floating training bouy (bumper) and bringing it back to me. He's definately learning the word NO..... We discipline him by flicking him lightly on the nose when he bites us or furniture
