Turners only had about 40 boats and only 1 came close enough to catch a Super Spook Jr. Saw me casting and never put the trolling motor in the water until he heard his boat make a funny sound. lol Trolling motor went in the water fast and they moved off then. Funny thing was he saw me catch 2 fish right where I hit his boat. I didn't even aim at him, every cast went to the same spot. We were on anchor, not drifting at all. Dummy! We got off the water at 11:00 with 20 keepers. Not bad considering!

Yes it did . Had an idiot get between me and another boat .The other boat tells him he is too close so he moves closer to me. I give him the hands up sign as he drops anchor .Dude pics up anchor and trolls around in a circle like he is lost . So finally after almost hitting his boat twice with a jerk jr , I ask what the hell are you doing. Dude gets pissed and trolls off finally . Then I got this other dude who cant get his anchor to hold cause he keeps throwin it on the wrong side of the boat and drifts over it everytime , and ends up almost on top of me . Finally he cranks up and moves. 10 am Im done with 8 trout .Now I remember why I fish the weekdays.

I think Casey(CKinchen) was there when we got there at daylight...black haynie with verado was in the supercut.
|
This was a good one yesterday... Which didn't bother me because he was so far the sweet spot... I stopped on Chenir south heading in...saw a guys trolling in circles... I started my drift which was well away from him.... I keep watching him...when I got close enough I saw...he had a hand held GPS and he was trolling in circles on the reef...lmao... Must of been the ones on that new map because I have seen several run strait to that spot... Which is not even close to any good part of that reef.....it was hilarious watching and idiot with a gps
|
I'm sure that was Mark Huse in his Lake and Bay (black) with verado

I was asking for future reference on the old camp... I work 14-7 I won't be home till the 20th and will be at the lake for a week... A buddy of mine went today and said it was crazy at nine mile... Oh and by the way when there is a west wind and you fish the east bank and vise versa ain't so bad because it washes bait against the opposite bank.... Try it sometimes when we wade it works and produces solid fish.... Thx for the help anyway
