I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt that you were using a super spook which is 5" long. So maybe I'm wrong. The trout was probably 11" because it's barely 2times the size of the bait.

Sounds like you need some glasses podna... Using your own estimation device(5" spook) that fish is at least 3x longer. I would put it btwn 16-18". Not a monster fish but he never claimed it to be. So stop trollin and make yourself useful or GTFO!!!
