The key is to garnish them
With raw onions, fresh cilantro, avocados, radishes and a little bit of lime juice.

Either sweet or savory on mine. We use a locally made habanero, mango and pineapple salsa or my wife's homemade red salsa. It's some good shidizzle!! That's about the only way my wife will eat fish, so I cook it like this alot.

I usually use grilled or blackened fish. It's whatever's in the freezer. Dem Skrimps grilled or blackened ain't bad either on a taco!!

Make sure you got a cold Corona or Dos XX w/ it.
