Our department stopped opening doors in 1999 since we were being sued in small claims court for windows, door repairs, paint jobs, and even the occasional head liner that the "owner" claimed was damaged by the officer trying to open the door. Pop-a-lock is like $60 local in Crowely for opening a door to a vehicle. |
