If you do need to reach me your best bet would be to email me and when I get to an internet hotspot I will respond. We plan to see all of the sights and we have also scheduled 2 days of Salmon fishing and 2 days of Halibut fishing.

Please do not do anything to get yourself banned by one of the mods while I am gone as you will probably stay that way until I get back.

Blue-chip, Sulphite, Paul - It's your baby have fun.

Just finished cooking some halibut a friend brought me from Alaska. Cubed, boiled in crab boil and dipped in drawn butter. Awesome! (we call it 'poor man's' lobster). I hope ya'll have a great trip.

Where are you staying chicken? Kenai? Have you ever been there? I recommend a fly out trip across the inlet for Silvers. I have been twice and that was by far the coolest trip.

Ray 08-21-2011 12:54 PM

I have a cousin who has a cabin on the Kenai and a co-worker who lives there.
I posted my cousins big Salmon on here a couple years ago. They are big catch and release folks on that river.

I'm sure he could find a way to expense it! Lol! C'mon Chicken! Ya know we'd REALLY like ya ya with a camp, boat and gas card!

ckinchen 08-21-2011 04:34 PM

Well the Haynie is on my lift but the keys are locked up inside, the night boat is over at a local boat storage but the key is in it and the generator has a full tank.

We are staying in Soldotna, we have two days of Salmon fishing and 2 days offshore that we plan to fish.

So, you're saying we can use the night rig?! I'm not picky! My only requirement is that it floats and run! Lol
